Introduce
Abrasive cloth jumbo roll is comprised of grain and abrasive cloth backing , the both parts are bonded with resin, then achieve the grinding and polishing.
● The resin includes epoxy resin, phenolic resin and other special resins.
● The abrasive cloth backing includes poly-cotton cloth,100%polyester and 100% cotton cloth
● According to the different tensile strength, the backings are divided into J-wt cloth, X-wt cloth, Y-wt cloth and others,
● The Y-wt cloth backing has the highest tensile strength, usually for heavy duty grinding, then is the X-wt cloth has medium tensile strength for common polishing， the last one is J-wt backing for hand using. you can choose different backings with different grains for different grinding.
● The grains include aluminium oxide, calcine oxide, silicon carbide,zirconium oxide, ceramic oxide and some mixed grain.
● The aluminium oxide and the calcine oxide are used to grind the rust, wood,deburring,weld and seam,
● The silicon carbide grain is used to grind the nonmetal, ceramic products, glass, marble, floor,wood, MDF and so on.
● The zirconium oxide and ceramic are used to grind the stainless steel, titanium&nickle alloy an.d some other special metals
● Different widths and lengths you can order.
Application
● Converted into abrasive belts to grinding the metal, iron, nonmetal, wood, marble, floor, MDF, weld and seam etc
● Used in vehicle manufacture, mould, machinery industry and common deburring, rust removal, edge grinding and polishing.
